The LDR training program has been a richly rewarding experience that is deepening and maturing my understanding of God’s Word as well as equipping me with leadership skills and resources that will be beneficial for ministry in years to come. As a mom of three kids, this program has been flexible with my schedule and my roles at home. However, I would also say that the leadership and ministry experience I am gaining through this program is not only equipping me for future ministry but is also nurturing my roles as a wife and mother.
