Education- Undergraduate degree, preferably in Bible or Christian Ministry.

Theology - Committed to evangelical theology, specifically the inerrancy and sufficiency of scripture, the centrality of gospel centered living and ministry, the compulsion of the Spirit and the necessity of church planting.

Marital Status - Preferably married. However, we’ve had multiple single residents so do not let singleness prevent you from applying.

Background - Preferably rural or at minimum, a heart for rural church ministry

Call - Confidence in God’s call to full time vocational ministry and a passion and ability to articulate God’s call for your life

Competency - Displays strong relational skills, time management, living out God given potential, taking initiative, and intelligence.

Character - Committed to growing in and demonstrating exemplary Christ like character, including: An eagerness to follow, serve, learn, sacrifice, and be honest; an ability to embrace accountability (purity, goals, corrections); evidence of fruits of the Spirit, integrity and discretion, a strong work ethic; speaking positively of people; positive family relationships.

Conviction - Must display a heart for God, hold unswerving to the sufficiency of Scripture and centrality of the Gospel, recognize and respond to the compulsion of the Holy Spirit, and display a passion for the necessity of church planting.

Culture - Displays an appreciation for rural culture and an ability for “fit into” that culture

Chemistry - Has the ability to function and excel in a team setting
